Hi! My name is Shellie. It was always a dream of mine to own a bakery. As far back as I can remember, baking has been my first love. The kitchen is where I have always been most comfortable, and successful. I love creating, and tasting of course, new desserts.

Meet my mom, Crystal. She is the reason we are here today! She never kicked me out of the kitchen, always encouraging me to do what I loved. Thanks Mom!

I participated in the pastry program at Houston Community College in down town Houston for 2 years. There I learned the art of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty desserts. I was instructed by the extremely talented Chef Eddy Van Damme. We opened our doors March 15, 2007. What started as a hobby has now grown into a community favorite. We love what we do, and look forward to providing the best quality desserts and customer service possible.
